Criminal caught while holidaying in hometown

A fugitive was caught by police when he went back to his hometown to celebrate Spring Festival with his family, reports Chutian Metropolis News.

Hu, a native of Hubei Province, had been on the run for two years after he robbed a motorcyclist with three other accomplices in April 2002.

Acting on a tip-off, police captured Hu at the house of one of his friends on Friday; and Hu confessed to his crime.
