Water spree in Harbin

Heilongjiang Province, November 24, 2005 as the city has
suspended water supply due to pollution. An 80-kilometer-long slick
of highly toxic benzene, caused by a chemical plant explosion at the
upper reaches of the icy Songhua River, is now passing the city.
