Britney's baby photo released

Britney Spears, Kevin Federline and their son Sean Preston have appeared in the latest issue of People magazine, due out Friday.

The family appears under the headline: "Exclusive photos: Baby love!".

The cover shot shows the baby--that would be Sean Preston--snuggled in a blue-and-white blanket, and clutched tightly by a smiling Spears, while Federline, as is his way, looks on.

Photos of Spears, Federline and their baby were published online last month, but were taken down within hours after Spears' record label, Jive Records, issued a statement threatening legal action.

Sean Preston Federline was born on Sept. 14. He is the first child for Spears, 24. Federline, 27, has two children with ex-girlfriend Shar Jackson.
