CAEXPO starts issuing press passes

The 2nd China-ASEAN Expo and China-ASEAN Trade and Investment Summit will be held on October 18-22 and on October 19-20, 2005 in Nanning, capital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.

The organizing committee of the events welcomes the journalists from both home and abroad to cover the event.

Reporters can submit their applications till September 25, at the following designated places:

Journalists from Hong Kong can submit their applications to the liaison office of the Central Government in HKSAR; journalists from Macao, to the liaison office of the Central Government in Macao SAR; Taiwan journalists, to the Beijing-based Taiwan Affairs Office Under the State Council; while foreign journalists in the Chinese mainland, to the Information Department of Foreign Ministry, and foreign journalists coming on ad hoc basis, to Chinese embassies and consulates in their respective residence countries.
