Dalian Carnival & Mass Parade

As a part of the 17th Dalian International Fashion Festival, the Dalian
Carnival & Mass Parade was held twice at Xinghai Plaza on Sep 10 and from
Olympic Plaza to Zhongshan Circus Via Zhongshan Road on Sep 11.
More than 6000 actors from home and abroad attended event.
Featuring traditional Chinese performances such as yangko (a popular rural
dance) and land boats (a model boat used as a stage prop in folk dances), the
parade has been added western carnivals and much glamour .
In the golden autumn of September, the colorful magnificent parade appealed
to thousands of enthusiastic on-lookers.
