Taiwan Music Godfather Lo Tayu staged his long-anticipated concert at Beijing Gymnasium Friday night.

Though hundreds of millions of Chinese were sitting in front of the TV watched "Super Voice Girls"that night, it did not make a difference to Lo Tayu's sell-out concert. ����

Most of his fans are middle-aged, attending the concert reminiscing about times past. ����

Lo Dayo did not disappoint his hardcore fans, belting out all his classic old songs from twenty years ago. ����

Those familiar melodies inspired fans to sing along with him and turned the concert into a big KTV. ����

Chinese mainland singer and composer Li Quan was invited to be a guest performer at the concert. They performed several musical instruments together and led the concert to one climax after another. ����

Lo Tayu established his prestigious status in music industry across China twenty years ago and was an icon for Chinese young people at that time.
