Kenyan dogs rescues abandoned baby girl

A Kenyan boy named Felix Omondi, 11, holds his dog who rescued a two-week-old Kenyan baby girl named "Angel" last week in Nairobi, May 10, 2005. A witness to the rescue said he saw a dog carrying a baby wrapped in a black dirty cloth across the busy road at Dagoreti Corner, a village in the outskirts of Nairobi. The baby was handed over to the police by a family whose unnamed dog found her in a forest as the dog foraged for food for its puppies. [Reuters]
