Official guests invited by the Beijing Organizing Committee for the Games of the XXIX Olympiad (BOCOG) will pay in the range of US$370 for a standard guest room per day during the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.

Luxurious flats will have a moderately higher price than that of a standard guest room. So far, BOCOG has reserved 22,692 guest rooms/flats in 88 star hotels, a requirement set by the International Olympic Committee.

Xiang Ping, an official with the BOCOG, said more hotel rooms will be reserved to ensure the success of the games, the Beijing Youth Daily reports.
