The San Antonio Spurs signed All-Star forward Glenn 'Big Dog' Robinson on Monday. As per team policy, terms of the deal were not released.

In a related move, the Spurs waived Dion Glover.

Robinson, who was the No. 1 overall pick in the 1994 Draft out of Purdue, has posted career averages of 20.8 points and 6.1 rebounds per game. He has been selected to two All-Star teams, but spent the entire 2004-05 season on the injured list before being waived by New Orleans in early March.

Robinson began the season with the Philadelphia 76ers before being traded to New Orleans in exchange for Jamal Mashburn and Rodney Rogers.

As for Glover, he signed his second 10-day contract on March 30 and appeared in seven games for San Antonio. He averaged 3.6 points and 1.6 rebounds in 9.7 minutes.
