The Picasso exhibition was reported to have attracted over 3,000 visitors on its opening day. However, many said they can hardly understand the Spanish master's works.

A total of 265 paintings by Pablo Picasso are now on display at the Beijing Imperial City Art Gallery.

The two-month exhibition, the largest ever held in Asia, was reported to have attracted over 3,000 visitors on its opening day. However, many said they can hardly understand the Spanish master's works.

The cubist series "Les Tricornes", which are being displayed to the public for the first time, were even appreciated as fashion designs by some visitors.

To help the viewers better appreciate the paintings, the organizer has recruited 28 volunteers to explain the paintings to the visitors.
