The 22-athlete line-up, with 11 men and 11 women, will compete in the tournament, which lasts from Apr.1 to 3.

The Chinese team director Zhou Jihong said the Zhuhai station is the first big event in the new round of Olympic campaign and the team will offer chances for youngsters.

Among Chinese athletes, the youngest was only 13.

However Olympic double champions Guo Jingjing, men's 3m springboard champion Peng Bo will miss the event for injury concern, while gold medalist Tian Liang is counted out for being ejected from the national team in January.
