Armed robber kills 3 in Ningxia

Updated: 2005-01-26 10:40 A middle-aged man gunned down three people and
robbed 1,000 yuan (about US$122) from them on Sunday in Guyuan City of northwest
China's Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.
The crime occurred at around 6:00 p.m. in the downtown area of Guyuan City.
The killer, who spoke an ecdemic dialect, shot three men to death with a pistol
and took the cash away, said witnesses.
Local police has sent a circular to radio stations, TV stationsand newspapers
hunting the armed robber and is furthering investigating into the crime,
according to local police bureau.
