Former Chinese diving queen Fu Mingxia [sohu]


Fu Mingxia, China's retired diving queen gave birth to a boy by caesarean on December 12, 2004.

Both mother and child are well, according to HK reports.

Fu chose the lucky date at Hong Kong Queen Mary Hospital, where she also delivered a girl in February of 2003.

She also reportedly chose to give birth to her first child, a girl, by a Caesarean section.

Fu, now a full-time housewife, got married to Anthony Leung, a 26-year senior HK native and then HK Financial Secretary, in 2002.

Leung was caught buying a luxury car before raising the tax on new vehicles in 2003 after the birth of the couple's first baby. He then handed a letter of resignation to the Hong Kong SAR leader Tung Chee-hwa.
