A leopard-patterned shark in Nanchang aquarium lays 21 eggs November 29, 2004. It is the first time that any shark in captivity in China laid eggs. The eggs are about 15 centimeters long and weigh about 200 grams each. The shark has been in the acquarium for more than two years in Nanchang, east China's Jiangxi Province. [newsphoto]
