China launches a new meteorological
satellite from its Xichang space center in southwest China's Sichuan
Province October 19. The LM carrier rocket blast off at 9:02am and sent
the geostationary Fengyun-IIC into orbit. [Xinhua]
The Long March carrier rocket blasts off from
the Xichang space center in Sichuan Prvovince October 19, sending a
meteorological satellite into space.
