Top 100 Chinese restaurants in US to be announced

Updated: 2004-10-15 09:16 A list of the 100 best Chinese restaurants in the
United States will be issued on October 26th, reported China Radio
International.
Nominees will be ranked according to their category, and an appointed panel
of respected industry leaders will act as judges.
Winners will win the right to show a "Top 100" logo in their restaurants.
An annual yearbook containing the list, recipes, and interviews with the
owners, chefs and celebrity customers will also be published.
Chinese restaurants in the United States represent a 15.5 billion US dollar
industry, and they are a culinary mainstay in the lives of modern Americans.
