How to attract college students to learn more about safe sex?

Guangzhou Municipal Commission of Family Planning has a unique weapon.

The commission recently organized a special competition blowing up condoms in the city.

More than 6,000 college students, including a large number of female students, participated in the event, the first of its kind ever held in Guangdong Province.

Local family planning officials believe the competition has achieved its expected result in promoting sex education among local college students.

But the competition has raised controversy among local teachers, parents and residents.
