US-born giant panda Hua Mei, who gave birth to twin cubs on Wednesday, licks her cub Thursday at the China Wolong Giant Panda Protection and Research Center. Hua Mei, which means "China-America," was conceived by Bai Yun and Shi Shi, a panda couple leased by China to the renowned San Diego Zoo in California, USA.[Xinhua]
