<B>Charge card</B>: 记帐卡，签帐卡

7月26日，美国万国宝通银行公布了其第二季度的收益情况。由于面向消费者和企业的信用卡和签帐卡用户数量上升，该行第二季度的利润增加了15%。外电是这样报道的：American Express Co. on Monday posted a 15 percent rise in second-quarter profit, thanks to a pickup in the use of credit cards and charge cards by consumers and businesses. charge card表示“（可赊购货物的）记帐卡，签帐卡”，它和credit card的区别在于：credit card通常都有信用额度，使用信用卡消费时可以不必存款，银行会先行替你付款，并给你一段时间来还账；而charge card需要每个月将所欠的款项付清，灵活性远低于信用卡。
