Seven killed, 27 injured in road accident

A road accident in northeastern Heilongjiang Province killed seven and injured 27 on Monday, according to local sources.

The accident occurred Monday afternoon on the highway from Suifenhe City to Manzhouli City when a coach carrying 20 passengers collided with a minibus carrying 14 people.

Seven people died at the spot and all the other 27 were injured. The injured were sent to local hospitals immediately, with one in critical condition.

The causes of the accident was under investigation.
