An air route was opened in Southwest China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region
on Friday, linking the scenic city of Guilin and Japanese Osaka.
China Eastern Airlines adopted a Boeing 737 aircraft to fly the air route
which can carry about 120 passengers, according to the company.
The plane flies every Friday. Flight MU367 takes off from Guilin at 9:45 a.m.
(Beijing time) and arrives in Osaka at 3:20 p. m. (local time) via Wuhan in
central China's Hubei Province.
The return flight MU368 takes off at 4:10 p.m.(local time) and arrives in
Guilin at 8:40 p.m. (Beijing time) via Wuhan.
It is the second airline between Guilin and Japan after the air route to
Fukuoka. Last year, there were 79,000 Japanese tourists visited the
city.
