IT'S AN ANTI-TERROR DRILL: People run away
from a building hit by a car bomb, in resemblance of a shopping mall,
staged in the Niushan training base of the People's Armed Police in
Hebei Province May 12. The drill was staged to test the readiness
and capability of the armed police to counter
