Thomas W. Van Dyck, Senior Vice President of SRI Wealth Management Group has a strong belief that China's clean energy provides huge investment opportunities even though it is his virgin visit to the country.

The investment banker, who came to Beijing along with the US clean-energy technology trade mission, have met a batch of clean energy companies including NYSE-listed Suntech for opportunities to provide financial services for them.

"I believe more 'Suntech' will be born in the future in China, and this provides us huge investment opportunities," he said.

SRI Wealth Management Group, now a subsidiary of RBC Dain Rauscher Inc under the RBC Financial Group, has offered comprehensive investment strategies for sophisticated investors committed to social change.

Van Dyck is leading a team of seven investment professionals who consult on nearly $1 billion in assets. The company is one of the leading investment consulting groups in the country exclusively focused on social and environmental investing.
