High-speed steel wire made by the Wuhan Iron and Steel (Group) Corp is loaded into a vessel at a port in Wuhan, in Central China's Hubei Province, before embarking for Shanghai Monday. The steel giant has made significant progress in developing high-speed wire in both quality and quantity, exporting more than 5,000 tons of 82B high-speed steel wire to Malaysia and Thailand recently, a move unprecedented in the company's history.
