production and sales of farm produce and further open China's agricultural
market to the world, said Zhang at a press conference here Tuesday.
The world would be better informed of Chinese agricultural development and
Chinese agricultural enterprises would obtain@opportunities to promote their
sales in the overseas market, added Zhang.
So far, about 400 agriculture-related enterprises at home and abroad will
take their products to the fair, while buyers from more than 22 countries and
regions have decided to visit it, said Zhang.
Beside the field fair which covers an area of 30,000-square- meter, a website
will also be established for on-line trade activities.
