Factory blast blamed on lightning kills four

A lightning struck a factory in eastern China, setting off an explosion that
killed four employees and seriously injured four others, Xinhua News Agency
reports Thursday.
The explosion ripped through the second floor of the factory in the city of
Wuxi that makes machinery for textile manufacturing, Xinhua said.
Four workers were cleaning machine bearings on the second floor of the
factory at the time of the blast, the report said.
It said meteorologists blamed the blast on a lightning
strike.
