Kuwait minister to offer resignation over blast Kuwait Oil Minister Adel al-Subaih said on Saturday he plans to offer his resignation over a huge oil blast that killed four people and also knocked out a third of the OPEC state's daily oil output. "It is true -- after a while I am going to see (Crown Prince and Prime Minister) Sheikh Saad al-Abdulla al-Sabah," the minister told Reuters at the opening ceremony of an oil exhibitions. |
