The 18th Beijing Art Expo kicked off in Beijing Exhibition Center on September 10, a treat for art lovers in the Chinese capital.

More than 6,000 artworks from over 100 art institutions of 18 countries will be displayed for the public during the four days of cultural events. Masterpieces of well-known Chinese artists, such as Jiang Caiping, Du Hua and Xu Weixin, are on display. Classic work from Ukraine's Dara Art Center, South Korea's Asan Gallery, American's Beiming Art Studio and Leona Craig Art are also shown.

One of the highlights is Picasso's original ceramic works shown in the Expo. Provided by American's Leona Craig Art, ten ceramic works of the Spanish artist are presented, including the celebrated Grapes and Wood-owl.

The expo will last until September 13 and is open to public from 10am to 7pm.
