Second wife is missing daughter's foster mother
An elderly man in Henan province reunited with his daughter this month after he married the woman who adopted the girl 22 years ago.
Liu Shouyan, 71, a resident of Liulou village in Taiqian county, sent away his youngest girl in 1989 because of poverty. He said he had regretted it ever since.
