Man dozing underground turns out to be cable thief

A man, who regularly steals cables in Tianjin municipality, was captured when he fell asleep hiding in an underground passageway recently.

The 19-year-old thief, surnamed Li, from Gansu province, came to Tianjin last July. As he passed by construction sites during the Spring Festival, he found many cables that could be sold for money. He started to steal them at night and spent the illicit money at an Internet bar.
