Old monkey stamps fund retirement
A man in Urumqi, capital of the Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region, spent 96 yuan ($15) 31 years ago for stamps which are now valued at about 10 million yuan.
Liu Xinhai, a resident in the city, said that in 1980 he was working in Usu, another city in the region, and one day bought a lot of stamps because the post office often ran out of stamps at the end of the month.
