Better education for enterprises
The Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission have jointly issued a new guideline for the ideological and political education of State-owned and State-holding enterprises and their employees. The move is aimed at maintaining the competitiveness of the State-owned and State-holding enterprises, says an article in People's Daily. Excerpts:
State-owned and State-holding enterprises have to adjust to the changing social and economic conditions. They have to introduce the corporate shareholding system, deal with the large inflow of migrant and displaced workers, and help change the work ethics of their staff members.
