Father sues in-law over son's death

A man took his father-in-law to court on Monday after his three-year-old son fell from a 12th-floor balcony and died while in the care of the grandfather,
The man, Li Jian, sued his father-in-law Zhang Xiang in Shijingshan district court and asked for 300,000 yuan in compensation.
The court did not deliver a verdict on Monday.
