A jade shop near the Badaling Great Wall is once again suspected of fraud, after being shut for the same reason four months ago.
A lack of cooperation between the various regulatory departments and the police is blamed for the failure to clamp down on such scams.
A man surnamed Chen and his aunt visited the Badaling Great Wall for a one-day-tour on March 8, enticed by a flier they were handed on the street, Beijing News reported on Thursday.
