Since the breakout of the global financial crisis, the international community has taken measures to deal with it. The international financial storm brought a worldwide employment crisis.

China's trade unions always put employees first and played an active role in responding to the financial crisis.

First, promoting scientific development was listed as a priority to tackle the crisis and played a dominant role in promoting stable and rapid development of the national economy.

Second, to ensure employment and wages remained as a primary objective throughout the crisis in a bid to promote stability and harmony of labor relations.

Third, improvement in workforce quality was key to dealing with crisis. We stepped up to build a high-quality workforce.

Fourth, we continued to provide aid to vulnerable groups, and sought to promote sharing the benefits resulting from economic and social development.

Trade unions in various countries should continue to play a constructive role in the post financial era.

First, we need to help change the economic development pattern and attach great importance to technological innovation.

Second, promoting financial reform and eliminating protectionism.

Third, guaranteeing people's life quality and protecting workers' rights.

Fourth, advancing exchange and cooperation in the face of the crisis.

China's trade unions will consistently promote building a new order in international labor movements, which is fair, reasonable, democratic and harmonious.
