Central bank to auction deposits
China's central bank will auction 30 billion yuan ($4.4 billion) of nine-month Finance Ministry deposits to commercial banks on Thursday, the ministry said on Monday.
Commercial banks will bid for the right to take the deposits. The sale, like previous such exercises, is part of the Finance Ministry's cash management program.
