Consumers find seeking redress a daunting task

By Gao Changxin and Wang Yan | China Daily | Updated: 2010-03-16 07:53

BEIJING - Only two weeks after Sun Yan bought a new water heater, it broke down.

"Now it's already been more than a month and the case is still not settled," Sun told China Daily on Monday.
