Updated: 2008-07-24 07:30 Rioter nabbed Local police said yesterday that Xiong Jiaoxiong, a class-A suspect wanted by the Ministry of Public Security in connection with his involvement in the Weng'an riot on June 28, was captured at 3 am on Monday, in an apartment building in Haikou, capital of Hainan province. More than 30,000 people attacked local government buildings on June 28, injuring more than 100 police officers, after the drowning of a school girl.
