A full 70 percent of a total 831 local residents aged above 18 were interviewed in the survey, whose results imply a 10 percent increase on results of a similar survey conducted a year ago. The successful implementation of "one country, two systems" in Hong Kong over the past 11 years has been attributed to local residents growing confidence in the SAR generally, and satisfaction with its development.
