Artistry of twins' blow painting appreciated

Twin brothers who have an aptitude for making blow paintings have created a name for themselves in Zhengzhou, Henan Province.

Li Xiong and Li Wei, who are in their 60s, can create a plum blossom picture in 30 seconds and often demonstrate their ability to create pictures by blowing paint with their mouths. Li said they have been blow painting for more than 18 years. Many well-known artists in the province appreciate their work, he added.

Horn ban soothes souls of irritated residents

A ban on drivers using their horns in downtown Zhengzhou, Henan Province, was introduced this week.

Transgressors will be fined 50 yuan ($6.65). The ban was implemented after complaints of unnecessary noise affecting the quality of the life in the area.
