Married couple says, 'I do, I do' once again

A young couple who married twice within a month surprised staff three times at a marriage registration office in Huangshi, Hubei Province.

The man, surnamed Zhong, 22, met his future wife, surnamed Su, 21, in a cyber caf and they married a month ago. But they quarreled two weeks later and applied for a divorce at the city's Xisai Marriage Registration Office.

They turned up again at the same office to re-marry late last week, making it three visits to the office in a month.

Guests laid low by pest control measures

Eleven hotel guests were sent to hospital over the weekend after they were poisoned when the hotel sprayed chemicals to kill cockroaches, in Zhengzhou, capital of Henan Province.

The victims included a 1-month-old baby who was vomiting after it breathed in the poisonous fumes at the city's Bailu Hotel. All the victims were later released from hospital.
