New Orleans is well known for its great food, the city of Jazz has also been giving birth to celebrity chefs such as Emeril Lagasse, Paul Prudhomme, Leah Chase, to name a few.

Co-sponsored by Agricultural Trade Office Beijing, US Embassy, Monsoon at the InterContinental Beijing Financial Street is to present a unique New Orleans Gastronomic experience from April 9 to 30, 2008.

With celebrity chef Nora L Dejoie flown in directly from New Orleans, she will come from April 9 to 16, to unveil an exciting New Orleans fusion of Creole and Cajun cuisine at Monsoon's daily lunch and dinner, including Sunday Brunch.

* Lunch (11.30 am – 2 pm), Monday to Saturday at RMB238 per person

* Dinner (5.30 pm – 10 pm), Monday to Sunday at RMB258 per person

* Sunday Brunch (11.30 am – 3 pm) at RMB 268 per person for buffet only; RMB 398 per person (inclusive of free flow of Veuve Clicquot, Moet & Chandon, Mumm and Laurent-Perrier Champagnes)
