Hugo Shanghai is offering an all new summer menu-for RMB 288 per person you can stuff yourself with a three-course meal, RMB 588 you get four courses, or eight courses at RMB 888.

 

In addition to that, you can order classic chilled French soup a la carte - cold tomato and spring onion soup with specially prepared quail, and crispy peppered breadsticks. For main course there is the pan-fried flounder, crab meat steamed with small squid, sesame and lettuce or arugula, clear tomato soup, olive oil and sweet curried cream.

 

Hugo's chef consultant is the doyen of Dutch culinary world Cees Helder, who is the recipient of Michelin three star chef medallion.
