The Frankie's chain of Italian bar and grills was created by Italian jockey Frankie Dettori and three-star Michelin chef Marco Pierre White. After riding to success with their three London establishments they have set their eyes on Shanghai.

Frankie's Shanghai restaurant has two open kitchens, two VIP rooms, a large bar and a lounge area. The general manager, the bar manager and the two head chefs are all Italian. Only imported Italian ingredients are used to allow chefs to create dishes that have a regional flavor.

Diners can appreciate the cooking process while taking a bite. Most importantly, they are willing to take orders even for dishes that are not on the menu.
