Take control of your ice cream at Sprinkles. Pick your flavor of handmade ice cream made daily on the premises, then add a diversity of toppings to suit your own eccentric tastes.

Finally, watch as your ice cream is mixed with metal spatulas at the "teppanyaki counter," and if you ask really nicely you can even do it yourself. The decision-averse can pick from a menu of recommended combinations of toppings such as Oreo Blast and Strawberry Shortcake, or blend it all into a smoothie or milkshake. Scoops range from RMB 25-50, with opening discounts now available. Gelato junkies, start looking out for ice cream eating.
