China World Hotel, Beijing celebrates a week-long feast of fine Italian cuisine, wines and lifestyle, in close cooperation with the Italian Trade Commission - Beijing, ALMA - The International Cooking School for Italian Cuisine and award-winning Sicilian vineyard, Donnafugata.

Jet-fresh from Italy, international personalities include Italian Guest Chef Alessandro Santi and the colourful Jose Rallo: wine lover, jazz singer extraordinaire and proprietor of Donnafugata. Highlights of the extravaganza will be a Gala Dinner of Italian Food, Wine and Lifestyle on 8th June, an Italian-themed Sunday barbecue brunch at Aria's Garden Terrace on 10th June and Chef Santi's exclusive creations for Aria's Business Lunch menu throughout the week.
