Enjoy authentic Sichuan Cuisine from Master Chef Xie from Chengdu at the Hilton Shanghai. You will not only appreciate the new menu but also the spectacular view of Shanghai on the 39th floor of the Hilton.

The Sichuan Court is the tallest Sichuan restaurant in Shanghai and features elegant antique stone figures from the Tang Dynasty. Master Chef Xie uses herbs and spices flown daily from Chengdu to ensure the quality of the dishes. Popular signature dishes such as Braised Shark Fin Soup, Pan fried Lobster with Chili or the famous Chengdu Tea Smoked Duck are included in the new menu to complement the dishes being offered. Other specialities include Pan-fried Mandarin fish with preserved vegetables, Stir-fried prawns and cashew nuts with Sichuanese dried peppers, Stir-fried Pork In Ginger Garlic Sauce, Sweetened scrambled egg yolk with crushed walnuts, Chilled almond bean curd and Sichuan Dan Dan Noodle. A Guzhen player will entertain you every night to capture the right ambiance in this signature restaurant.
