Spring may be the best time for exercise. As TCM doctor says, spring exercise should focus on feet and legs. We'd better arrange our exercise time not too early. Outdoor exercises in the sunshine will be beneficial. Besides, don't stay up too late. Sleeping before 11 p.m. does us good.
Having some plants at our house is very important. Green plants help absorb the dusts in the air and help purify the air. Green color does good to eyes as well. Asphodel is among the choices. It decorates the room and at the same time, absorbs toxic chemicals. Bonsai is a beautiful decoration for our balcony. Some scrambling plants like morning glory and cypress vine are among those most selected.
