A place to enjoy tea cultureIf you have an interest in Chinese tea culture, why not take a tea class sponsored by the Beijing Oriental National Art Cultural Development Company?

This company offers different kinds of tea classes such as, tea culture, tea classes for couples and Chinese tea ceremony and tea culture exchanges, which attracted a group of ladies from various embassies in Beijing.

They held a tea party before this Spring Festival, during which Miyuki Okawa, a lady from the Japanese Embassy performed. According to Xiong Zhihui, manager of the company, Ms. Okawa has been learning tea culture for two years.

During the party, Xiong also introduced different kinds of tea to all the ladies, some of which they had never heard about before.

"Drinking tea has a long history in China. We offer tea classes for foreigners, and hope they will promote it when they return to their countries because tea culture is part of China's culture," Xiong said.

She hopes more and more people will come to learn more about Chinese tea.
