Lantern fair celebrates Spring Festival

The largest ever lantern fair will be opened to visitors on Friday night at the Shenyang International Horticultural Exposition in north China's Shenyang city, one day before Chinese Spring Festival. Divided into eight parts, the fair combines colorful lanterns and Chinese calligraphy, presenting a sparkling and colorful show to visitors during Spring Festival. The lantern fair will last till 5th March. 11 appointed places to sell tickets and 14 lines of transport will be made available to the public.[sina.com.cn]
